Phigaro has been updated to 2.4.0 (from 2.3.0).

This version of Phigaro fixed a bug with gff3 and bed files formats: prophage coordinates were shifted by 1 nucleotide upstream in versions phigaro <= 2.3.0.

Proksee has changed the type for the features to use consistent GenBank feature keys.
