We are pleased to announce that our CGView.js paper was published last month in the Journal of Open Source Software.

CGView.js is the JavaScript genome visualization library used by Proksee to display interactive circular and linear genome maps. It supports smooth zooming and panning, dynamic map updates, feature tracks, labels, legends, and publication-quality image export. CGView.js can also be embedded in other web applications that need interactive genome visualization.
