A new tool has been added to Proksee:

MLST

• Assign classical bacterial MLST schemes, sequence types, and allele profiles from genome assemblies.
• Paper: Open-access bacterial population genomics: BIGSdb software, the PubMLST.org website and their applications
• Software: mlst
• MLST results are based on the bundled PubMLST-compatible database included with mlst 2.33.1. New alleles or sequence types added to PubMLST after Dec 31, 2024 may not be detected.
