Bakta has been update to the latest version v1.12.0 and DB v6.0 (from v1.8.2 and DB v5.0).

This update improves how Bakta annotations are added to maps. Feature types are now converted to standard GenBank feature keys where possible, while useful Bakta-specific type information is still preserved.

Bakta results now include more GenBank-style qualifiers and selected Bakta metadata. Users can choose which qualifiers and metadata fields to include when adding results to the map.
