A new data download option is now available. In addition to downloading sequences from the genome or groups of features, you can now download a specific region of the genome.

You can select a region from a specific contig or across the whole genome. A preview of the selected sequence is shown and can be copied directly to the clipboard or downloaded as a FASTA file. This simplifies extracting precise genomic regions for downstream use.
