Proksee now supports direct DNA sequence search within the genome map. Users can search for exact sequences or flexible patterns using regular expressions. To initiate a search, click the new Search Sequence button at the top of the map to open the Search sidebar.

Search results can be highlighted on the map by hovering over them, and can be added as new features using the updated Add Feature dialog, accessed by clicking the button next to a result.

Multiple matches can be selected and added simultaneously.
